If sirnba facilitates any direct purchase, all prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors; sirnba does not store full card details.
Digital products (e.g., eSIM activation codes) are non-refundable once delivered and activated. Physical SIM products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition; contact us to initiate a return.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to sirnba and protected under Singapore and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
